6mm rCF
CFR offers two types of sustainable recycled 6mm carbon fiber products. The primary difference is the bulk density of the material which can be attributed to the amount of fines present. Some downstream applications, such as milling and certain concrete applications, are aided by increased presence of fines, whereas other applications like non-woven or CFRP prefer a reduced number of fines be present.
18mm rCF
CFR manufactures sustainable recycled 18mm chopped fiber that is well suited for applications that may require longer fibers, such as additives in concrete, non-woven applications, mortar, and asphalt.
Pelletized rCF
Well suited for several applications such as CFRP, injection molding, ratio feeding, and 3D printing, CFR pellets improve process flowability, help minimize dust, increase shipping efficiencies and reduce costs, while delivering maximum performance in a sustainable recycled product. It’s the perfect package where carbon fiber performance needs to flow through your system. CFR Pelletized rCF is available with various sizing chemistries suitable for a wide array of polymers.
Milled rCF
Looking for a sustainable recycled carbon fiber milled product in volume? The ability to meter, flow, or ratio feed carbon fiber can bring advantages to your manufacturing process. CFR can provide milled recycled carbon fiber typically ranging from 100 to 300 microns. We may have the ability to mill to your specification.
Non woven rCF
CFR’s recycled carbon fiber creates a nice, lightweight, high performance layup, with the sustainability benefits of utilizing carbon fiber that would have been destined for landfill.
