Recycling: Protecting Intellectual Property

Carbon Fiber Recycling’s process is designed around protecting our clients. Material recycled with CFR goes through many steps to reduce the size and ensure that your intellectual property is secure.

In our process, we can accommodate materials that are 3 feet by 4 feet in any two directions and 7 feet in the third direction.

As the material travels through our system, it will eventually be reduced to under one inch in size. Once it reaches its desired length, it is sent through our recycling pyrolysis system, removing all the resin and any other material on the fiber. After this process is completed, all that is left is a dry fluffy unsized carbon fiber ready to be used again in another application.
